Adrian Peterson

Last time Adrian Peterson went to Chicago, he rushed for 103 yards on 20 carries (5.2 YPC). He did not find the end zone, which was disappointing, but I can't imagine they keep him out yet again. Peterson has the third highest amount of red-zone rushing attempts this season and is tied for third in red-zone touchdowns. Chicago has the 32nd ranked rush defense, per Football Outsiders. They have been a better defense than last season, but they still have a ways to go to scare me off of opposing backs. Chicago is allowing the third highest YPC to opposing backs this season (4.7) and 125 rushing yards per game. Peterson is well over 1,000 rushing yards on the season with 4.7 YPC. He has faced Seattle and Arizona the last two weeks, resulting in down games. Look for him to get back on track against a poor run defense.

I'm right there with you paying up for AP, and I love the GPP picks at running back.

Hill is my favorite back of the week. I think he goes crazy this week.

Surprised Charcandrick West was not mentioned. Yeah, Baltimore is sick against the run, but Andy Reid does not seem to care about changing the game script for the opponents strengths/weaknesses. This means West will get fed the ball and with Ware banged up, he will probably get 25+ carries. Chiefs will dominant time of possession because they defend the run so well and play the "dump off pass" extremely well too. Sheer volume alone, I see West as RB1 this week. Not to mention Ware's upside is huge with his ability to catch passes.

West** ... not Ware
