Devonta Freeman

The Falcons offense has been stuck in a touchdown rut over the last two weeks, but they have still compiled a ton of yardage. I am looking at Devonta Freeman to get back in the end zone, and truly pay off that big price tag. He has 261 yards in the last two weeks, and has just missed out on a few touchdowns. San Francisco has allowed a 4.2 yards per carry to opposing backs, and have allowed the third most rushing touchdowns as well. Pro Football Focus has Freeman ranked as the fourth best running back, and has the third best receiving grade among running backs. He is a workhorse in this Atlanta offense, and really there should be plenty to go around this week in San Francisco. I am looking to pay up yet again for Freeman, do not let the lack of touchdowns in the last two weeks discourage you from doing the same.

I can't get away from Gurley, and I love Freeman, too. It feels like this is an especially good week for running backs as there were a number of players who I'm guessing were tough cuts for you.

It was a tough cut for a few players, especially all the cheap value guys now. Justin and I talk about McFadden, Langford, and Williams for anyone who is looking for info.

Ingram looks enticing at first glance, but I think ownership percentage make Stewart a more attractive, and more affordable option. And although the numbers dont support it, Ivory on FD is looking good. A Bounce back week for him (and the Jets in general, playing at home), is in his nature. Getting beat by OAK last week, and the fact that they are undetermined in their starting QB...oh, and Decker and Marshall are banged up....Ivory is my only play from the Jets, besides their obvious D. Go Chris!
