Cash Game Plays

Jordan Reed, Washington Redskins

Jordan Reed is a play for ALL formats, tournaments included. He carries the highest floor/ceiling of any tight end on the board this week, and is Kirk Cousins' best friend. Reed has averaged 8.1 targets per game this season. The next closest to that number on the slate is Travis Kelce. (6.4) Reed has 11 red zone touchdowns this season, and sees 27% of the red zone targets. Green Bay ranks in the middle of the league in fantasy points allowed per game to opposing tight ends. (15th) Not an overly tough matchup for Reed this week, and with Washington having the second highest team total on the slate, Reed should find his way into the end zone. Like I mentioned earlier, Reed is a play in all formats. You can fade him, but it not a strategy I am encouraging.
