Forecasting Analysis

SEA@CHC

Current radar:

Pretty darn quiet right now. Doesn't look nearly as bad as what the models were saying:

LOW RISK OF A PPD; LOW TO MODERATE RISK OF SOME SORT OF DELAY(S) (MULTIPLE DELAYS CERTAINLY SEEM LIKE A POSSIBILITY)

OAK@CLE

Some light, but steady, rain or drizzle is expected to fall near the shores of Lake Erie. The computer model that I like the best says it could look like this:

Notice no yellows or reds indicating heavy rain. Also, as we go through the evening, this blob of light rain shrinks in size as it lifts slowly to the Northeast. LOW CHANCE OF PPD OR OF ANY TYPE OF DELAY(S)

HOU@DET

Rain will approach as we go through the evening. At 7 PM, the radar could look like this:

So as long as the timing is correct, the game should start dry but then some rain moves in during the game, causing an in-game delay threat. LOW CHANCE OF A PPD; MODERATE RISK OF AN IN-GAME DELAY(S)
