Current radar:
A makeup game of a "snow"out I believe, if this game plays, it will be with rain falling.
Simulated radar for 1:00 PM:
Most of the game it does not look like rain will be coming down too hard and they have awhile to wait this out. I am assuming the Sox do not go back to CLE again this year and that is why they are playing this game on a scheduled day off for both teams, so I will assume they will do their best to play this one.
A word of caution though, rain is going to stick around all afternoon. By 6 PM, the simulated radar looks like this:
So rain is finally leaving late this afternoon/evening.
LOW TO MAYBE MODERATE RISK OF A PPD; MODERATE TO MAYBE HIGH RISK OF DELAY(S)

A solid, steady area of generally light rain will impact the game in the Motor City this evening. Here is the simulated radar around the time of scheduled 1st pitch:
As we go through the evening, the band of rain continues unabated moving over the city. We have a damp night. Like I said, it is not an overpowering, soaking rain, it should rain just enough to get everything wet and miserable. Close call here, one with alot of risk.
MODERATE RISK OF PPD; MODERATE TO HIGH RISK OF SOME SORT OF DELAY(S)

Thunderstorms are forecast to be just off to the Queen City's northwest. Here is what the radar is predicted to look like this evening:
So it is a very close call. And being this far away from gametime it is too risky to ignore.
LOW RISK OF PPD; LOW TO MAYBE MODERATE RISK OF SOME SORT OF DELAY(S)

Some rain and embedded thunder is expected to be SLOWLY leaving the Dallas metroplex this evening as can be seen below:
Key word above is SLOWLY. However, the good news is that the rain itself is not overwhelmingly heavy, may almost be like a drizzle.
LOW RISK OF PPD; LOW TO MODERATE RISK OF SOME SORT OF DELAY(S)
