GPP Tournament Picks: 5-19-15

The purpose of this column is to highlight some players with upside and well-suited for tournaments. While the majority of the hitter picks will likely have power upside, that's not necessarily the case for all the listed options. STARTING PITCHER

I'm expecting Shields to be a semi-popular selection tonight, but he's also represents the "highest upside per dollar" option on the board (in my opinion). He checks in as a reasonable -125 favorite in the lowest projected scoring game of the day (6.5 total runs).
