LeSean McCoy
All aboard the narrative train, as LeSean McCoy plays his old team. Regardless of the story behind McCoy, he still has one of the better matchups among running backs this week. Football Outsiders has Philly as the 20th ranked rush defense, allowing 4.3 YPC to opposing backs and 124 rushing yards per game. The Eagles defense is an opportunistic one rather than one that holds opposing teams yardage in check. They have allowed a shade under 25 points per game this year, and Buffalo has a 24 point team total. McCoy is rushing for 4.6 YPC this season, and he has started to rack up big carry games in the last four (19,20,19,21). High-priced plays like Devonta Freeman are more resorted for GPPs, while the Rams' offensive status make Todd Gurley almost unplayable, even against the Lions.

Doug Martin
Any back facing the New Orleans Saints remains a great play, and that goes for Doug Martin. Tampa Bay has a 27.5 point team total this weak, among the highest teams with totals out right now. They are slight favorites, and game flow should set up Martin with a 20+ carry game. He sees over 18 touches per game this season and has the third most rushing attempts in the red zone. New Orleans is allowing 137 rushing yards per game on 4.9 YPC. They rank as the 27th rush defense, per Football Outsiders. Martin is rushing for 5.0 YPC this season, which is higher than Todd Gurley, and is over a full season. His price makes him a great play this week, even though his only downside is a lack of finding the end zone.
