Welcome back to Stacking to Win it. In this article I will give you my top stacks of the week. I will give you my top two stacks to consider, a value stack and a team that I feel is flying under the radar to consider.

This week it looks like weather may play a factor in some games and is worth watching. Some teams that are worth a look that just missed the list this week are the Falcons, Seahawks and Broncos. All three teams have stud quarterbacks who you can pair with a stud wide receiver or, in the Seahawks case, tight end. All three teams have totals over 24 points and are heavy favorites.

Top Stack 1

Packers at 49ers- Team Total 28.5

This week the Packers will be the chalk play if you are going to stack and for good reason. Aaron Rodgers is playing at an extremely high level and gets to face a really bad 49ers defense. The 49ers allow 382.3 yards a game and 31 points. Those numbers include a week 1 game in which they only gave up three points and 248 yards. If you take that game away, they are averaging 45 points given up a game. The 49ers are also one of the worst teams in allowing fantasy points to wide outs giving up an average of 42.8 depending on your fantasy site of choice. With Davante Adams looking like he is not able to suit up, Ty Montgomery becomes a value play to look at and a player to stack if you want to be contrarian.

Top Stack 2

Colts vs Jaguars - Team Total 29.0

I loved the Colts last week and they let me down until the fourth quarter, but I am going back to them this week. In that fourth quarter, Luck completed 9-of-11 passes for 121 yards and two touchdowns. They have another great matchup; in another, what I would consider, must win game this week. They face a Jaguars team that lacks playmakers on the defensive side of the ball. They average 30.3 points allowed and 19 fantasy points allowed to quarterbacks. There are some questions with Andrew Luck's playing status that bears watching, but it looks like he should be good to go.

Value Stack

Raiders at Bears - Team Total 23.8

With a matchup against the Bears who allow a league worst 35 points a game, the Raiders make for great value on this slate. The Raiders have a great offense led by Derek Carr, who has back-to-back 300 yard games. The Raiders rank sixth in the NFL in yards per game at 387.7 and 10th in points per game at 25.7. Both Amari Copper and Latavius Murray went over 100 yards last game. Cooper, in particular, looks to be in a great spot as the Bears have allowed seven touchdowns to wide receivers and an average of 41.97 fantasy points to them. If you are looking to be contrarian in this stack, look at Michael Crabtree who has 33 targets already this year.

Contrarian Stack

Chargers vs Browns - Team Total 26.5

Philip Rivers and the Chargers will likely fly beneath the radar with the three teams previously mentioned in great matchups, but they also deserve consideration with their matchup against the Browns. The Browns give up 395.7 yards a game and 24 points. They have really struggled against the run ranking last at 158.3 yards allowed per game. The Browns rank in the bottom third in giving up fantasy points to both running backs and wide receivers. The Chargers have averaged over 400 yards a game. Keenan Allen is my favorite play on this team. He has had 17 or more targets two out of three games this season. The player to look at to set your stack apart is Danny Woodhead, who is the clear cut third-down back for the Chargers.

If Luck is healthy enough to play, I could see this being T.Y. Hilton's first monster game of the year, and that pairing would be a nice one to own.

I really like the Chargers call for a contrarian move. I think we see a nice week from Gordon too.

I like the Packer trio there a lot. Think it'll be fairly popular, but I'm even considering a Rodgers/Cobb duo in cash games this week.
Any thoughts on a stack of Dalton/Green/Jones against the Chiefs secondary? I have been leaning towards giving that a shot, but would love to hear some opinions on it.
