Julius Thomas, Jacksonville Jaguars
Jacksonville gets a juicy matchup with New Orleans this week, and if both running backs cannot participate, I love Julius Thomas more than I already do. Thomas has five touchdowns in the last six games, averaging 7.2 targets per game. New Orleans ranks dead last against tight ends, per Football Outsiders. They have allowed the most fantasy points per game to opposing tight ends, allowing 10 touchdowns on the season, tied for second most in the league. Thomas is my favorite tight end of Week 16.Ownership Estimates

Delanie Walker, Tennessee Titans
If you missed the highlight of Delanie Walker's touchdowns against New England last week, head to the replay booth and watch him truck through the secondary. Walker has been one of the more consistent tight ends this season, with six or more catches in nine of 13 games. Houston ranks 12th against tight ends, per Football Outsiders, allowing the 17th most fantasy points per game. Not a stellar matchup, but not one to shy away from either. Walker sees 24% of the red-zone targets, and even with Zach Mettenberger under center, Walker is in play. He is averaging eight targets per game, and saw nine and six targets in the games Mettenberger started this season. I will be sitting in this mid-priced range for tight ends in cash this week.Ownership Estimates
