Last night I lost all my $10 50/50 Line-ups, but the strange part was that the winning score for 50th place was higher than the payout score on the $2 GPP. Has anyone ever seen this before?

That can happen on certain nights. It all just depends on the scores in your particular 50/50. While it is not an every night occurrence it is something that happens more often than you would think especially in contests with only 80 or so players.
It does happen, and seems to be more so of late unfortunately. It really started to happen towards the end of last season, and has carried into this year.
@sportsguy not following your reasoning here. The reason why GPP payout scores are normally higher is because they tend to only payout top 20%
