FanDuel Optimal Stacks: NFL Week 5

The Pats are back, and the Cowboys defense is no match for the big three. They are a pricey bunch, but there is plenty of value this week to make them all work.

The lineup Colossus generated is one of my favorites of the bunch, and if you have seen the other lineups, Devonta Freeman is a popular play this weekend.

The value comes in the favor of Percy Harvin, who benefits with Sammy Watkins out, as well as Danny Woodhead, who does carry some risk. As much as he factors into the offense, there is always a risk of him going absent.

Colossus needed a value defense, and while the Bucs don't light up the world, this game does feature two teams who can fuel a defense.

I love Brady and the Pats. I am of firm belief that they are sticking it to every team in the NFL because of Roger Godell.

The Pats are one of the few teams I feel comfortable stacking multiple pass catchers from with their quarterback. Gronk and Edelman are both targeted so frequently, and the Pats hang so many points that there are actually enough fantasy points to go around. Even with just 0.5 points per reception at FanDuel, I still like Woodhead's price tag. Rostering him creates serious cap space without rostering a total dud.

I love the Pats stack.

I as well, Josh, I do think we could be asking a lot out of Woodhead and Harvin, but both are capable of putting up plenty of points.
