So these are my 2 teams I'm putting together for this week. I'm jumping on the Palmer train, even though he hasn't helped me in the past. He's just got a real favorable match up so I just think he's the best choice. Also I know the momentum that Rivers has is why I picked him for my second QB. I'm debating on dropping Peterson, but it's hard for me to part ways with him because of his last performance against Detroit. And the other player I'm not 100% on is Antonio Brown, just because he hasn't had a dominant presence since Ben got injured. Thoughts please?

I personally love Brown this week against the Chiefs. Jones is really an unknown commodity but the Chiefs are the best match up for wide outs. Looking at your lineups though you have the ability to jump up to get Hopkins who right now is in must play territory. What I personally would do is drop Cooks down to someone like Stefon Diggs and upgrade Brown to Hopkins especially in cash games. I like Peterson this week but if you drop him down to Freeman who is a better play right now and find an extra $100 in salary by either dropping down one of your wide outs or kicker you can then upgrade Gore to Gurley. Gurley in cash is a must play and you want exposure to him in GPPs as well .

Agree with Zach here. Freeman/Gurley/Hopkins/Gates are all staples in my FD cash game lineup. Palmer and Rivers look to be the safest plays at QB also. May see quite a bit of overlap in cash games this week, swerving in a spot or two makes sense to set yourself apart.

Make that three votes for Gurley/Freeman/Hopkins being in must play territory, and one of Fitz/Brown (or in GPPs, Michael Floyd) being must play exposure to the Cardinals juicy matchup. I'm also not crazy about pairing Gore and T.Y. Hilton since they cannibalize one another's ceilings. Gore has received more than 20 carries just one time this year, and Ahmad Bradshaw is now active and the better pass catching back, so of the two, I like Hilton better than Gore if you're looking for exposure to the Colts big over/under total. I love your choices at quarterback. Also, if you're looking to free up some salary, I'd advocate spinning down from Cooks to Snead.

First off, thank you guys for the feedback, it's greatly appreciated! Ok down to business. So in my first line up with Freeman/Gurley/Hopkins/Gates, I really don't have much room for anybody else. With that being said I decided to have Brown in this line up for the stack with Palmer, and I had to go with Strong, who in Shorts' absence flourished. I know it's a pretty big risk, and Miami is ranked 15th most fantasy points given up to WR's. I feel that it's a risk at least. I downgraded my kicker to Zuerlein because I expect the rams to be kicking a bit more than usual, especially going up against Cleveland. I also dropped from Carolina to Washington for my Defense. With this line up I have no money left either.

QB- Palmer

RB-Gurley/Freeman

WR-Hopkins/Brown/Strong

TE-Gates

K-Zuerlein

DEF-Washington

Now with my second line up I was having the same issue I had with my first line up. I decided to go with Freeman/Gurely/Hopkins/Gates again, seeing how that seems to be the consensus for players. I also decided to not go with Brown on this one and grab Diggs/Ginn Jr. Ginn is obviously not my top pick but he has a decent match up against the Eagles. I upgraded my Defense to Carolina also. So my second line up goes as follows:

QB-Rivers

RB-Freeman/Gurley

WR-Hopkins/Diggs/Ginn Jr

TE-Gates

K-Lambo

DEF-Carolina

I also have 300$ left over in my second line up. I'm a bit more satisfied with my second line up as opposed to my first. I have a couple of concerns with a could players I've chosen. Gates hasn't practiced for the last two days, as I'm sure you guys already know, and Brown has been having hamstring issues(oddly enough there have been a large amount of hamstring issues so far this year). So in the event that Gates can't go I'll obviously downgrade to Green, and I feel that if I do drop to Green from Gates I should have enough to upgrade to Fitz instead of Brown. What do you guys think? I really do appreciate your guys' help! Thanks again!

I like the changes but watch Gates. He is looking very iffy to play. If he doesn't you can easily drop down to Walker or Virgil Green.

I think you mean Ladarius Green, Zach haha. I'm glad I'm not the only one who occasionally goofs names. I wrote Lance Miller when I meant Lamar Miller earlier! haha
