Noah Syndergaard gets a dream matchup against a weak and to put it bluntly, putrid (against righties at least) Phillies offense. In 2016 the Phillies are 27th in wOBA, 27th in wRC+ and 17th in ISO. There's no denying they have some promising young bats in the lineup, especially at the front of the order, but this is just a tough matchup for them. The line is huge and rarely do you see the projected run total hit 2.5. Overall, this will be a nice way for Syndergaard to get off to a good start. While his production dipped down in the middle of the season, Syndergaard has been back to his normal self of the last two games, and has an even easier matchup tonight.

$3,200$3,600Jeremy Hellickson - R.333.25310744.5

There's no doubting Jay Bruce has power against right handed pitching. His .253 ISO since 2015 tells us that. But what really sets Bruce apart tonight is the face that his teammates are finally picking up the slack. The Mets have scored above nine runs in two straight games, and while it could certainly be a string of weak arms, it's nice to see other's joining in and helping out. Jeremy Hellickson is allowing a .335 wOBA and 1.45 HR/9 against left handed bats since 2015. This combination of splits plus the Mets recent offensive awakening makes things rather optimistic for Bruce.

Adam Duvall has a ton of power in terms of home run potential, and nothing brings out that upside more than a mediocre right hander. Duvall has a .294 ISO against right handed pitching since 2015. The Reds are projected for 4.5 runs tonight and should be solid favorites to go above that number. Zach Godley is allowing 1.44 HR/9 to right handed bats in 2016, and a .318 wOBA. While those numbers don't quite jump out at you, combining them with Duvall's ISO makes this appealing. He's worthy of both stacking and standalone roster construction in cash games.

$4,000$5,000Blake Snell - L.432.19718034.5

While Jose Altuve would clearly be the MVP of the Astros lineup this year, he's been a bit of an unsung hero of late. While he's been producing at a fine rate, he hasn't been up to par with some of the secondary pieces in the Astros order. However, he's in a great matchup tonight to do damage. In 2016, Blake Snell is allowing a .318 wOBA and a 1.62 WHIP to right handed bats.

Value Plays

Brandon Belt (1B - SF) FD: $3,400 DK: $3,600

Brandon Belt is in a good spot once again tonight. He certainly comes at a premium position, but he's a major pay down with price considered, and is in a great spot against a home run prone right handed pitcher. Braves righty Michael Foltynewicz is in a great spot to give up some home runs to left handed bats tonight! In 2016, Foltynewicz is allowing 1.62 HR/9 against left handed bats, along with a .353 wOBA. The Giants projected total has been creeping up all day, and is hovering around five. A big night for Belt is certainly in play.

Stephen Vogt (C - OAK) FD: $2,800 DK: $3,200

There's no questioning where Stephen Vogt is going to be for the Athletics against right handed pitching. Vogt has claimed the third spot in the order for most of the season, and tonight is no different, as he faces off against Cardinals righty Alex Reyes. Reyes is in a spot-start situation, and should be someone to target with left handed bats. Vogt comes at a cheap price for a bat who has a .340 wOBA and .189 ISO against right handed bats since 2015.
