Welcome to MLB GPP Stacking & Ownership. In this article I will give you three options to stack. Remember that winning a GPP isn't always about maximizing points but instead maximizing some form of points and ownership. As always, plays will be listed from favorite to least favorite of the stack.

You'd think with us having an early slate today, that the late slate would be less juicy, especially given we have some big bats and run totals in the early slate. That couldn't be further from the truth. Our late slate has elite level pitching paired with pitchers that don't belong in the big league.

If will be difficult to debate on what level of pitching to select because of the number of options you have. Clayton Kershaw is the top option, however, he is a ridiculous $13k. I will be targeting Jake Odorizzi, Jacob deGrom and Jason Hammel as my higher priced pitchers.

One of the big debates on slates with great pitching options as well as hitter options is the balance.

My approach is typically to focus on a team stack that I prefer because if they do go off, no other team can truly compete. With pitchers, you can typically be in the realm and compete.

With that being said, lets get to our stacks.

I'm with you, I love the Twins tonight. There is some power in that group.

Love the analysis with leaving individuals off of stacks. Under-appreciated strategy in GPPs

Wow, this was spot on. The #1 spot in the tourney last night was a Jays/Twins stack. Unfortunately I had the wrong combo of guys, but I still did really well with this advice! Thanks!
