Welcome to MLB GPP Stacking & Ownership. In this article I will give you three options to stack. Remember that winning a GPP isn't always about maximizing points but instead maximizing some form of points and ownership. As always, plays will be listed from favorite to least favorite of the stack.

There are not many stacking options that present themselves easily, but there are a handful that could pan out.

Option 1

Rangers @ Mariners - Game Total 7

The Mariners have not been in the stacking article much this season, maybe just the trip to Coors. With today's lack of options, and a matchup against Colby Lewis, they are most certainly in play. Colby Lewis has allowed a career .358 wOBA to left-handed bats, which Seattle brings plenty to the table. Lewis has a poor 8.3% swinging strike rate, and just a 34.9% ground-ball rate. Lefties actually have a slight advantage in Safeco, with a 104 park factor for lefty homers in the last three seasons. Not as bad as you would think. For you BvP people, the Mariners lineup have a lot of success off Lewis, with a combined .344 average, with a .990 OPS. This is over a span of 151 at-bats, so not too bad of a sample size. Seattle also has the second best wRC+ coming out of the all-star break, so the bats have been clicking. There are no safe stacks today, but Seattle comes in as one of my favorites.
