Welcome back to the Optimal Lineup post for DraftKings in Week 14. A chock full weekend of games, and many seasonal league playoffs make for a fantastic weekend of football. What would make it even better is to win some money too right?

Last week Drew Brees sunk the optimized, my own and so many others lineups by 4 pm (et).

Only one game is projected for over 50 points total in Vegas so far and that is the Saints/Buccaneers game. However there 7 games over 45 points so there is plenty of Fantasy Goodness to go around this weekend.

With winter blowing in weather may be an issue in some games, and affect the Vegas lines, or player projections so stay tuned as always to this, and especially injury news and potential sneaky value plays on game day.

Ok, with that let's dig into this and see what the Optimizer gives us shall we?

DFC Cash/GPP Optimal Lineups For DraftKings

Looking at this optimized lineup the top three guys alone can make anyone feel confident. Aaron Rodgers, LeVeon Bell, and David Johnson top it off with their eliteness and high scoring ways. By now we all know Bell and Johnson are matchup proof and Rodgers has become a one man offense in Green Bay as of late.

Big play-maker Ted Ginn Jr is in this build as well as Odell Beckham Jr. It seems too good to be true.

Ginn's last three games he has produced 14.9, 25.8, and 19.6 DraftKings and he appears to be one of Newton's favorite targets. The Chargers will have their best corner on Kelvin Benjamin so the opportunities for a big play or two or three.

Aaron Rodgers had a pedestrian Week 13 compared to his previous 4 weeks where he scored in the 30's in two of his last four games, and over 25 in the other two games. He should be able to get back on track this week, and even if they had a running game Seattle is one of the best at shutting it down so expect Rodgers to throw and throw plenty.

Odell Beckham Jr, always makes for a great Fantasy play with tremendous upside. In three of his last four he produced 25.7, 27.6, and 23 DraftKings points, and although his other game was a dud it was still 9.6 points. This week Beckham should rise to the occasion against the top ranked division rival Cowboys who also happen to have a weak secondary and allow over a touchdown a game (1.13) and 194.38 receiving yards a game. If Eli can be on target Odell should be poised for a big game.

The remaining plays are players with Jason Witten, Pierre Garcon and Robby Anderson. Anderson is the definition of a punt play. He is minimum cost at $3,000 and projected for 10.89 points this week against the terrible 49ers defense. Anderson came out of nowhere in Week 13 to get 12 targets with 4 catches and a touchdown. The targets may dip a bit, but Anderson could be one of the rising weapons in the Jets offense.

Pierre Garcon has been nothing short of consistent with over 12 DraftKings points in four of his last five game. He has had 10, 7,4 and 9 targets in this span and we can't help but see him get 7 or 8 this week in what should be a game dominated by Washington early on.

The GPP lineup has three of the big four from the last lineup but replaces Beckham with a Carlos Hyde, and Davante Adams upgrade. The receiving corps also has more upside overall than the cash lineup.

Kenny Britt, has been a target monster and one of the most reliable receivers with 14 or more points in 4 of his last 5 games. His one other game he still managed 9.3 DraftKings points. He also has found the end-zone in 3 of his last 5 games as well. The Rams are not a good team, but Britt has been the one consistent part of their offense. This shouldn't change this week against a Falcons defense that allows 24.45 Fantasy Points to the WR position along with 165 yards a game.

Cameron Meredith is affordable and has become a blip on the radar from over a month ago. He was targeted four times last week with 3 catches and 67 yards. The upside is there and it just takes one play. With the rest of this lineup Meredith is a risky, but potentially solid GPP play who will be low owned as well.

Kendricks is a near minimum priced tight end and is about as volatile as you can get at the position. That being said his price and potential to meet value is enough to make it worth while. You can't fit these big four in a lineup without taking some hits and risk somewhere. Why not the tight end, defense and a receiver position?

DFC GPP Stack for DraftKings

The GPP Stack opted to go with the Packers once again with an Aaron Rodgers, Jordy Nelson and Davante Adams stack. many of the same faces appear in this lineup too as expected including the two tight ends in play as we had seen in other weeks. Witten and Kendricks both have high enough upside to make them viable, especially at their respective prices.

Nelson and Adams are the clear cut top targets for Rodgers and their pass heavy offense. Seattle has a good secondary, but they won't be able to cover everyone unless they can keep pressure on Rodgers.

Nelson has found the end zone 5 of his last 6 games, and scored over 20 points in three of his last five games. He may not be as speedy anymore, but he still is getting open when it counts most.

Davante Adams has once again become a roller coast ride over his last four games. Last week he had a terrible game with only 2.7 DraftKings points. Week 12 he had 31.3 DraftKings points, but in Week 11 he had 7.2 points. Not consistent, but if you believe in trends after last week he should be due for a monster game.

Good luck everyone!
