Welcome back to Stacking to Win it. In this article I will give you my top stacks of the week. I will give you my top two stacks to consider, a value stack and a team that I feel is flying under the radar to consider.

This is a week where there were some tough choices for stacks that did not make the list. One stack that I left off the list was the Patriots stack. I have talked about them every week and it goes without saying they are your top stack. If you can afford them you should find a way to get them in your lineup. I do like the Pats stack more for cash games, however as one, they are expensive, and two, they are often times very chalky.

Top Stack 1

Jaguars @ Ravens- Team Total 21.3

My top stack this week is the Jaguars. Yes, I said the Jaguars. There is just too much to love with this stack this week. First, there is a matter of how they have been playing lately. The passing attack has been great led by Blake Bortles. Bortles has 6 out of 7 games with at least 2 touchdown passes and 4 out of the past 5 with 298 yards passing or more. His main targets have been great in that stretch as well. Allen Hurns has touchdowns in 6 straight games. He has missed practice the past couple of days but says he will play Sunday. That is a situation that bears watching. The other Allen, Allen Robinson, has been even better than Hurns. Robinson has 4 straight games with at least 6 catches and 70 yards. He also has four scores in that time frame. The second reason why they are my top stack is their opponent. The Ravens have one of the worst secondaries in the NFL. They allow the second most fantasy points per game to both quarterbacks and wide receivers. They rank 29th in passing yards allowed per game with 283.9 and are allowing 26.8 points. All signs point for this stack to have a huge game. At their respective price points you will not find a better dollar for dollar play this week.

Top Stack 2

Packers vs Lions - Team Total 29.8

Another stack I love this week that will cost you a lot more than the Jags stack but has the same upside is the Packers against the Lions. Aaron Rodgers has been struggling, but he did have a huge game against a tough Panthers defense. He threw for 369 yards and 4 scores. Most of those were after the Panthers had a big lead and can be taken with a grain of salt. The Lions are a great opponent to fix whatever is bothering you. They give up the most points per game in the NFL with 30.6 and are allowing 385.8 yards a game. Rodgers is still the quarterback that some were debating if he had a chance to go down as the greatest of all time after his career was over. His main weapon, Randall Cobb, seems fully healthy for the first time all season and went for 99 yards and a score last game. The offensive coordinator for the Packers has finally decided to move him all around the field to create mismatches for Cobb and that should only benefit him going forward. The other piece to this puzzle I love is James Starks. Starks will be taking over for Eddie Lacy this game and all signs point to a huge game for him. The Lions give up the fourth most fantasy points per game to running backs and third most rushing yards per game. The thing I really love about Starks in this stack is he will not take away from the passing game as 2 of his 3 scores this year are receiving touchdowns.

Value Stack

Redskins vs Saints - Team Total 25.8

My top value stack this week is the Jags, of course, as they are my top stack, but if you want another stack to swerve off the Jags that will save you some cash, look at the Redskins passing attack going against the Saints. This is a riskier stack as Washington has not been consistent all season but has major upside. The Saints are the worst secondary in the NFL and it's not even up for debate. They allow the most fantasy points per game to quarterbacks, 5th most per game to wide outs and second most to tight ends. They rank 30th in passing yards allowed per game at 292.2 and are allowing 29.8 points per game. They have been especially bad the past two weeks allowing 721 yards through the air and 10 passing scores. Jordan Reed is your top target with Kirk Cousins in this stack. Reed should carve up this Saints defense and have a big game. I also like DeSean Jackson for his big game potential at his price point. This is not a safe stack at all but has big time upside and could pay off huge.

Contrarian Stack

Broncos vs Chiefs - Team Total 24.3

My under the radar stack of the week is the Denver Broncos facing off against the division rival Chiefs. To be honest, I am not sure why this stack was so low owned on Thursday night. They have so many things working for them, and while it has not been a great stack lately, it has been a steady stack. The Chiefs really struggle to defend wide outs and are allowing the most fantasy points per game to the position. The last time the Broncos faced off against the Chiefs, both Thomas and Sanders had big games. Thomas went for 116 yards on 8 catches and Sanders had two scores and over 80 yards. Sanders does have an injury concern and has missed practice the past 2 days, but all signs point to him practicing Friday and being able to suit up Sunday. I really like the potential for this Peyton Manning led stack this week and am predicting similar numbers to what they put up in Week 2.

I rarely like to stack three players from the same team, but Bortles does such a great job o using both of his receivers, I'm with you on that trio this week.

Love the Jags stack, and I will definitely have a Broncos stack worked in this week.
