Welcome to MLB GPP Stacking & Ownership. In this article I will give you three options to stack. Remember that winning a GPP isn't always about maximizing points but instead maximizing some form of points and ownership. As always, plays will be listed from favorite to least favorite of the stack.

There is a game at Coors Field tonight with an over/under total of 11 runs, so to say it's easy to identify what the top owned stacks will be would be an understatement akin to saying Hank Aaron was an okay player. The masses are going to flock to Coors Field to stack tonight, and understandably so. The weather looks like it could be dicey there tonight, which could cut into ownership a bit, but according to Weather Underground, the chances of chain reduce as the night goes on, so I don't anticipate on people being scared away barring a turn for the worse. Kyle Kendrick and Matt Harrison are terrible pitchers, so that adds fuel to the stacking fire at Coors Field, but as we've said in this article over and over again, if you're looking to gain an edge, you need to find a comparable stack or one that outproduces the stacks at Coors should they fall flat. I'm not expecting these stacks to fall short, but I'm going to throw a wrinkle into things. I believe the best way to attack tonight's stacking is to complement your stacks with pieces from Coors Field. Think of it this way, if you get the highest scoring player or two highest scoring players from Coors Field, say Troy Tulowitzki and Prince Fielder for instance, or even more ideally, Drew Stubbs and Rougned Odor, and your stack goes off, you're way ahead of the field.

With that in mind, there are some other awesome stacks to grab. There are a few other poor pitchers who should cede plenty of runs. The beauty of grabbing the other stacks is that you won't be forced to use trash pitchers, either. High strikeout hurlers like Gerrit Cole, Jacob deGrom, Danny Salazar and Jason Hammel simply can't be budgeted for with the Coors Field stacks, but it's not out of the question with the suggested stacks below tonight. As a reminder, I'm not saying avoid Coors Field, but I do think that there is a huge edge to be gained by stacking elsewhere and complementing said stacks with a couple players or a handful from Coors Field if you're deploying mini-stacks.

Option 1

Tigers v Mariners - Game Total 9.5

This is the highest total outside of the thin Rocky Mountain air. The Mariners are the favorites, and they have plenty of left-handed batters to attack Shane Greene with. I didn't suggest a full six batters because beyond the top five, it gets righty heavy. Four of the top five bats in the lineup are ...

Love the calls outside of Coors. Mariners present a perfect stack option against Greene.

Cubbies may be lower owned than last night also since some of the big bats struggled. Love it.
